What to Do in an Emergency

Stay calm and call 0746 044 400 immediately. Our emergency team will guide you.

Do not move the patient if you suspect a spinal injury, fracture, or major trauma.

If coming by car, drop the patient at the Emergency Entrance on the right side of Ghana Street, Ilemela District.

If an ambulance is needed, state the patient's location clearly and stay on the line.

Bring any medications the patient is currently taking and inform us of known allergies.

Call Immediately For:

Chest pain, pressure, or tightness
Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
Sudden severe headache ("thunderclap")
Facial drooping, arm weakness, or speech difficulty (stroke)
Unconsciousness or unresponsiveness
Severe burns, deep cuts, or major trauma
Suspected poisoning or drug overdose
Seizures or convulsions
Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)
Heavy uncontrolled bleeding
Choking or airway obstruction
High fever in infants under 3 months
